Volunteer: Meal Service VolunteersFor those interested in volunteering at Manna Meals, many of our teams would be glad to have additional people to help. Each team is responsible for preparing & serving a meal no more than once per month. New volunteers can come one evening to see if this type of activity is the type of service you are looking to provide. After this trial experience, the new volunteer would need to make a commitment to be a consistent, reliable member of a team. Manna Meals would also be interested in adding new teams. If you have a church, civic or business group that may want to start a team, we would be interested in adding you to our regular rotation schedule but would also be willing to have your team provide occasional meals. We would gladly meet with potential team leaders and let them speak with our existing team leaders so there is a better understanding of what effort is required to serve a typical meal.
